Belle-Clair Fairgrounds Racetrack Reconstruction

under construction

The project involves constructing a new racetrack at the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds in the southeast corner of the 200 South Belt East property. The project includes demolishing houses to expand the 22.5-acre fairgrounds for a larger racetrack and more parking, relocating utilities such as gas and sewer lines, and other site work. The old track was demolished in March 2025, and the project aims to reopen the racetrack with new facilities including grandstands, concessions, and restrooms.
