The project includes modernizing the stadium completed in 2004, adding new venues such as a 10,000-capacity multipurpose indoor arena, two sports halls, a community swimming pool, a theatre, an outdoor rooftop football pitch, and running track. The masterplan also includes new office space and housing to create a civic asset and support the club's financial sustainability. |
