This project involves the development, management, and maintenance of a 125 km long A232 highway connecting Benin to Asaba in Nigeria. The route concession starts at AIF Roundabout in Benin and ends at Summit Junction in Asaba. A232 route acts as a major link between the South-East parts of Nigeria.The scope of works involves :Construction/rehabilitation of the road pavement, streetlights, open spaces which includes design and construction of truck parks and resting areas, directional signage and advertisement assets, telecommunications facilities, and toll plazas;Continued upgrading of the highway to deal with increasing capacity and managing growth and traffic;Dealing with road development within existing built-up areas adjourning the highway corridor;Creation of additional lanes on the highway route to deal with increased capacity;Highway management and maintenance of the route
