Description	The proposed investment consists of the development, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of four greenfield, solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants in Benin, bundled into two Lots: (i) Lot A includes the Natitingou power plant (10 MWAC) and the Djougou power plant (10 MWAC); and (ii) Lot B includes the Parakou power plant (15 MWAC) and the Bohicon power plant (15 MWAC). The electricity generated by the plants will be sold to the Société Béninoise de Production d’Électricité (SBPE), the state-owned power utility, under four separate 20-year Power Purchase Agreements (one for each power plant).
