This project base bid consists of the demolition of University Hall and all site retaining walls and shoring and associated dewatering out to the property lines along the North, East and South. The West side will require maintaining existing foundation walls as temporary shoring. Existing utilities will also be cut and brought back to the property lines. This work is all in preparation for 2 new future laboratory buildings (not a part of this project).
