Berlinale Talents is a talent development programme that explores the how and why of film and media making and distribution. Since 2003, it has grown to become a one-of-a-kind forum for film professionals and cinema lovers alike, featuring talks, workshops, networking events and alumni screenings. As cultural facilitators, we aim to bring about sustainable connections among the world’s most promising filmmakers, series creators and start-ups. Our participants stand out for their creative vision as well as their impact on their regional communities. We seek to empower them by offering guidance, business skills, mentorship, contacts and exposure for their projects and organisations.
