The project addresses common territorial problems as lack of reliable information about BGRO CBA new job opportunities, working conditions& hiring possibilities; different social security, LM regulations and legislation in CBA and uncertainties about CB commuting; lack of joint Info. events and advisory services promoting CB mobility. The overall project objective is connecting jobseekers, local communities, private sector&authorities of BGROCB region in joint develop. in order to promote CBLM integration. The specific project objective is integration encouragement of CB area in terms of employment&labour mobility through conducting joint employment initiatives. Total project net eligible budget – 360 086,25 EUR. The project intends to achieve its goals through the implementation of its main activities: Conducting business & labour force survey in CBR; Analysis over the survey; Awareness campaign; Organization of a TG job fair; Training sessions; Guide how to work in ROBGCB; developing a LM web-site. Project results:facilitated contact b/n target gr. represent.; increased awareness of all LM aspects; improved LM public policies. The project contributes to the achievement of the Programme indicators by delivering information about CBLM conditions&opportunities; practical joint employment events; web-based job platform; awareness campaign about employment opport.&workforce mobility in CB area. Targ. group job fair will provide an easy way for communic. b/n employers&jobseekers.
