Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna (BHAVYA) Industrial Parks Development

planned

The BHAVYA scheme aims to develop 100 plug-and-play industrial parks across India to boost manufacturing. These parks will range from 100 to 1,000 acres and will include core infrastructure such as internal roads, underground utilities, drainage, common treatment facilities, ICT, and administrative systems. Value-added infrastructure like ready-built factory sheds, built-to-suit units, testing labs, warehousing, and social infrastructure including housing for workers will also be developed. The scheme supports external infrastructure up to 25% of the project cost to ensure connectivity and integration with existing networks. It will be implemented in partnership with states and private sector players, focusing on deregulation, ease of doing business, and streamlined approvals.
