Description | The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has proposed two major drainage projects to alleviate flooding on Iskcon Temple Road in Nayapalli and Bomikhal Road near Rasulgarh. The projects include a 1.6-kilometre drain near Iskcon Temple connecting the NHAI drain with the main drain near Nayapalli Haza, and a 1.5-kilometre box drain on Bomikhal Road from near Rasulgarh to the main drain near Santoshi Maa Temple. The BMC is seeking government funding as the NHAI and PWD have not completed their respective drainage projects on these roads. |
