Bicycle Racks and Related Storage Areas

• The project will promote the use of an integrated active transportation system by creating cyclist-friendly multi-modal points at key transit terminals, stops and municipal cycling destinations such as City Hall. • The scope of the project includes the purchase and installation of 21 bicycle racks on city buses, as well as the purchase and installation of 30 secure bike/personal areas at transit terminals, stops and cycling destinations. • The project will result in improved quality and safety of the public transit and active transportation systems in North Bay, Ontario.
