Big Blind is the first fully blind geothermal system discovered and confirmed by the U.S. industry in over 30 years. Located beneath Nevada's desert, it is a commercial-grade geothermal reservoir with high temperature and permeable rock, capable of generating reliable baseload power. The discovery was made using Zanskar's AI-native exploration platform, which identified geothermal anomalies leading to successful drilling of wells that struck a 250°F permeable reservoir at approximately 2,700 feet. The project is in the exploration phase with plans for full-sized well drilling and long-term flow tests to characterize the reservoir further.
