The company drilled two wells to about 2,700 feet and found a reservoir at about 250 degrees, sufficient to support a utility-scale geothermal power project. The project is located on land owned by the Bureau of Land Management, and the company hopes to build and open a power plant at Big Blind within the next 3 to 5 years. |
