Big Sky Campus Artificial Intelligence Data Center

planned

A technological complex of unprecedented proportions planned by Quantica Infrastructure in Broadview, Montana. The project involves constructing a campus focused on artificial intelligence operations covering 5,000 acres, equivalent to around 3,800 American football fields. The project includes multiple data processing buildings, with initial earthmoving and civil construction expected to begin in 2026. The project requires significant energy infrastructure adaptations, including a new 21-mile transmission line and integration of diverse energy sources such as solar, wind, natural gas, geothermal, and diesel backup systems.
