Description | The city of Gallatin, Tennessee has established its first Infrastructure Development District (IDD) to allow private financing of public infrastructure improvements for the Station Camp project. The project includes upgrades to Big Station Camp Boulevard and other infrastructure financed through private bond issuance secured by assessments on the land, avoiding the use of public funds. The development encompasses a 133,000 sq ft retail and medical office project, 178 senior housing units, 76 single-family homes, 45 townhomes, and 300 multi-family units. |
