The projects involve the acquisition of eight advanced 9.9 MW distributed generation battery energy storage projects in the ERCOT South region of Texas. TruGrid is contracted to handle all engineering operations including civil, structural, and electrical construction tasks. Bimergen also plans to expand its battery energy storage systems by an additional 2 GWh, aiming to generate approximately $150 million in project development revenue and achieve $300 million to $400 million in annual energy arbitrage revenue within the next three to four years. |
