Description

Description

The project supports pig farms across Vietnam to convert surplus biogas into affordable renewable electricity using the ESC (Energy Service Company) model, where generators are rented instead of sold outright. This helps farms reduce energy costs by up to 25%, minimize financial risks, and contribute to environmental protection by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The project has installed 120 bio-generators on 98 farms in 24 provinces, processing over 3.2 million tons of manure annually and generating more than 16,800 MWh of clean electricity.
