The total debt is $ 194.9 million, provided by Proparco ($159.47 million), the subsidiary of the French Development Agency (AFD) group and the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF), a company of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), lending nearly $ 35.43 million.
