The loan funds will be on-lent to the City for the benefit of Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek Trolleybus Department" (the "Company"). The loan is co-financed by a EUR 2.9 million grant from the EBRD Shareholder Special Fund (also provided in two tranches). The proceeds of the loan and grant will be used to purchase 49 new low-floor trolleybuses (the "Project"). |
