The project Business Support Network PLUS2 (BISONet PLUS2) directly builds on and further extends the activities of the project BISONet and BISONet PLUS, which in the period 2008-14, resp.2015-2016, ensured services of the international infrastructure of the Enterprise Europe Network throughout the Czech Republic. The main aim of the project is to provide complex services that increase the innovation potential of small and medium-sized enterprises and develop the international cooperation and internationalisation of their business activities in the frame of the Enterprise Europe Network. The main target group of the projects BISONet PLUS2 are SMEs, however, the project services are targeted to promote entrepreneurship and innovation in general. The project BISONet PLUS2 will be implemented by a consortium consisting of six partner organisations under the coordination of the Technologicke centrum Akademie ved Ceske republiky. Four project partners (including the coordinator) are allocated to regions, in which they are responsible for services provided; two other project partners are responsible for well-defined specific activities with national coverage. The project services have complete geographical coverage of the whole Czech Republic. Coordination and management of BISONet PLUS2 is based on experience with project management of BISONet PLUS. The control and coordination of activities, monitoring of performance indicators and goals of the projects and the financial management are based on the extensive communication within the consortium and with the external environment. The coordinator also continues to provide communication with EC, EASME, MIT, associated partners and other stakeholders on national level. Considerable attention is paid to project promotion and communication with the target group that is also based on the previous experience with the activities.
