The project includes a new 612,042-square-foot headquarters office building, 2,100 structured parking spaces, and plans for additional development including 994,071 square feet of office space, 1,884 housing units (apartments, townhomes, condominiums), 550,262 square feet of retail, a 160-room hotel, and a total of 5,991 structured parking spaces. The existing 600,000-square-foot headquarters will be demolished and the land donated for a public park. The project is planned to start construction in 2026 and be built out in phases through 2038. |
