The Black Butte Copper Project involves the development of a high-grade underground copper mine at the Johnny Lee Deposit in Meagher County, Montana, USA. The project includes underground mining using drift and fill and cut and fill methods, processing plant construction, and associated infrastructure such as access roads, ventilation raises, tailings storage, and water management facilities. The project aims for an 8-year mine life with a production rate of 1.2 million tonnes of ore per annum and a processing plant producing approximately 35,000 tonnes per annum of contained copper in the initial four years.
