Description | UK-based power producer ContourGlobal has closed a USD 350 million financing package to support its 324-MWp Black Hollow Sun solar farm project in Colorado, USA. The financing combines tax equity financing from Tyr Energy and a debt package arranged by a syndicate including Credit Agricole CIB, ING Capital, Intesa Sanpaolo, Mizuho, and MUFG. The project has two phases: Phase I (185 MWp) started operations in early September and supplies power to Platte River Power Authority, while Phase II (139 MWp) is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. At full capacity, it will be the largest solar installation in northern Colorado. |
