BLACKSEA ENTERPRISE EUROPE NETWORK The general objectives of the B-SEEN Project are: 1.Internationalization of the SMEs in the region, 2.to facilitate the SMEs in the region to access to European and international markets, 3.to meet the needs of the SMEs that suppress internationalization capacity of them, 4.to enhance the capacity of services delivered to the SMEs for internationalization by the local and regional stakeholders through complementing and adding European value, 5.Innovation services to the SMEs in the region and in the network, 6.to provide growth-oriented, integrated business and innovation support services, 7.Competitiveness and sustainability strengthening of the SMEs in the region, 8.To provide training, advisory and coaching services to the SMEs in the region in the fields that they need to enhance their companies at the European level. These objectives will be achieved with; 1.Strong consortium management, 1a.Practical and digital tools, 1b.manageable consortium structure, 1c.good Network relations, 2.experienced and dedicated staff, 2a.professionalism and specialization, 3.determined host structures, 3a.well understanding of the network, 3b.support to the network, 3c.good communication with the partners and the stakeholders, 4.impact and thematic based work plan, 4a.defined needs, 4b.benchmarking of the needs and the expected impacts, 4c.benchmarking of the needs and the prior EEN themes, 4d.design of the Work Plan with realizable targets, 5.EEN core values in the implementation (PARTNERS), 6. “No wrong door”: B-SEEN will build synergy for complementary services with other service providers within or outside the network through ensuring the high quality service.
