Project Background Information: The Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Tribes of the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming initiated interest in developing an inspection agreement with BLM via a letter dated October 5, 2010. Due to royalties generated from producing tribally owned oil and gas leases, the Tribes have a vested interest in ensuring that the oil and gas production is properly handled and measured.
