Description | The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is undertaking a road improvement project on Bloss Mountain Road (Route 2005) and Boone Run Road (Route 2026) in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. The project includes base repairs, milling, resurfacing, placement of epoxy overlay on the bridge over Boone Run, guide rail installation, and line painting. Work will begin on August 14, 2025, starting with base repairs on Bloss Mountain Road continuing west towards the Route 15 interchange. Single lane conditions with flagging will be in effect during work hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2025, weather permitting. |
