A long-planned nuclear project in Green River, Utah, involving the deployment of small modular reactor technology provided by Holtec International. The project aims to add up to 2,200 megawatts of installed electrical capacity, support over 2,500 construction jobs, and sustain hundreds of permanent full-time employees for an anticipated 60-year operational life. The site benefits from extensive groundwork including meteorological and seismic surveys, core borings, geophysical studies, groundwater monitoring, and secured water rights.
