Blue line LRT PPP project in Jerusalem

The project involves the development of a 31 km-long Blue line light rail transit (LRT) in Jerusalem, Israel. The blue line will have 53 stations including 3 underground stations within a 2.5 km long underground LRT section. The scope of work also includes the development of a 122-vehicle capacity depot at Malha. The blue line will provide services along the following three lines :Line 1: From the Northern end of Ramot to Gilo connecting via a hub in Har- Hotzvim;Line 2: From the Hebrew University campus on Mount Scopus to the city center and Malha industrial & leisure complex;Line 3: From Hadassa Ein Kerem Medical center in the west to Talpiot/Armon Hanaziv in the east.Once operational, the blue line is expected to serve 250,000 passengers per day.
