Blue Sky Trust Commercial Building Project

planned

The project involves the renewal of approvals for a proposed commercial building on a 0.4-acre parcel at Charleston Boulevard and Mohave Road in Sunrise Manor, Clark County, Nevada. The project had initial approvals in 2019 and 2020 which expired, and the owner seeks to renew these under current standards. The project includes design review and multiple waivers such as reduced street landscaping, reduced setbacks, and an alternative driveway configuration. Conditions include a secured trash enclosure and coordination with public works on driveway and right-of-way improvements.
