Description | Blue Whale Materials is expanding its Bartlesville, Oklahoma facility to increase its lithium-ion battery recycling capacity. The expansion includes additional processing lines, an enhanced testing and grading center for end-of-life electric vehicle batteries, and upgraded logistics and safety infrastructure. The project aims to increase annual processing capacity to more than 20,000 tons by early 2026 and ultimately up to 50,000 tons per year as part of a four-year expansion plan, creating over 150 new jobs. |
