Description | Terra and Frisbie Group submitted an interim master plan to redevelop the 30-acre government campus in Boca Raton with more than 1.3 million square feet of new buildings including residential units, office space, a hotel, retail, restaurants, civic buildings, parks, and sports courts. The project includes 912 residential units, 350,000 square feet of offices, a 94,000-square-foot hotel with 150 rooms, 77,000 square feet of retail, 75,000 square feet of restaurants, a city hall, community center, athletic facilities, a police substation, and over 4,000 parking spaces. The development will be phased in three stages, starting with a new City Hall and some retail, parks, office, and residential, followed by the hotel and more residential and office space, and concluding with the remaining residential and police substation. The plan aims to be eco-friendly and close to carbon neutral. |
