Description
Description | The BPLab project is based on the Bologna Process Implementation Report and the Tirana Communiqué. MoES and RUPRECHT-KARLS-UNIVERSITÄT HEIDELBERG through the Centre for Social Investment are committed to achieving the call's objectives and aligning Bulgaria's Bologna Process implementation with EHEA best practices. The project proposal as work plan is structured in four working packages, as WP1 Preparation, Management, and Monitoring and evaluation is dedicated to the successful and efficient execution of the activities and achieving the identified objectives. The overall objective is to accelerate the implementation of the Bologna Process and pilot an innovative and inclusive approach to sector governance and legislative revision by developing and disseminating a bottom-up system approach. The first specific objective is to update Bulgaria's higher education system in light of the Bologna Process Implementation through the establishment of the Bulgarian System Innovation Lab. The national authority would open socio-technical regimes so that higher education institutions might have access to the policy- and decision-making processes. This objective is addressed with WP2 Piloting System Innovation Lab. The second objective is to promote Bologna Process Implementation across the sector and jointly elaborate Roadmap for its further implementation, by listening to the voices of HEIs and student-representative organizations. This objective is addressed with the activities in WP3. Bologna Process promotional events. The third specific objective is to empower, foster, and methodologically equip HEIs to design flexible learning paths and joint programs enabling transnational cooperation and co-creation. This objective will be tackled within WP4. Experimental Transnational Joint Program Design in living-lab settings. The ambition of the project is to serve beyond the Bulgarian case for EHEA in general. |
