Objective of the proposal of BYE-8 consortium is to provide the opportunity to 90 Nascent Entrepreneurs to receive on-the-job-training from experienced entrepreneurs and to encourage the activation of 95 Host entrepreneurs in order to realize 185 successful relationships. How it will be achieved : the partners of the BYE-8 consortium were selected not only from various European countries (9 countries) but also from different economic sectors that could facilitate the successful match up (Chambers, Academic Institutions, consultancy, NGOs, etc.) The BYE-8 partnership constitutes an integrated synthesis of experienced and new “fresh” organizations this will ensure a sustainable base providing assistance to new and “wannabe” entrepreneurs to develop their own business through an intensive activation together with “suitable” experienced entrepreneurs. The partnership include University of Thessaly (UTH) that has been active in the project from the pilot phase of EYE. They will share their experience. The proposed activities will target to NE and HE from the following sectors: Tourism, Food sector, Fashion and Design, High- and medium-high-technology, Marine-shipping sector, Services Sector, Health sector. Their relevance to the work programme: Capitalising the experience and the knowledge of the “experienced” partners together with the motivation and the operational capacity of the new IOs, BYE-8 will provide a framework for engaging more than 500 entrepreneurs successfully registered through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Management IT tool. Formaper (training Agency of the Milan Chamber of Commerce) leader of consortium, has a significant experience in managing international consortia implementing cooperation projects. This experiences has acquired in over 80 projects, spanning 35 countries with EU - EuropeAid, the World Bank and the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Its services are certified and guaranteed by the UNI EN ISO.
