The project is about new ways of learning/teaching about EU. We will work in projects with teachers from different subjects together. We will use teacher expertise but also make learning in a context that different subjects belong together. We will make learning more meaningful when several teachers work together. The students will be responsible for their own learning and they have to reflect on what they have learnt. It is not about answering teachers questions but to improve their own knowledge, and motivation to study. When one teacher put in one hour and work with three others the outcome is four hours for the teacher. And we learn from each other. The outcome of the project will be more aware students in European matters, see themselves as a part of the union, encourage to study in Europe, improve the teaching skills. With engaged teachers with higher knowledge, working together, they will be role model in EU matters and as democratic citizens. Another outcome is to make both students and teachers involved and realising the use of EU knowledge in different subjects together, but still possible to measure in single subjects as well. The teachers have chosen themselves to be a part of this. When the way of teaching change here it can change in more cooperation as well. Involved teachers: 20 at least from start. Involved students: 400 directly. More indirectly. Continuing after around 600 per year. Activities: Lectures, project work, debates, essays, school election, visits at Parliament and Commission in Stockholm, visit in Brussels, work with students in other EU countries, use digitally methods, exhibitions, presentations, Teams meetings, digitally information/debates in actualities in EU. Outputs: Essays, exhibitions, school election, presentations for teachers and possibly external partners, logbook
