The project works will include: - Planning and design for servicing of approximately 99 parcels within the Bowser Village Centre including required sewer and pump-stations design, sewer effluent main and outfall; and secondary wastewater treatment plant with Sequencing Batch Reactor and UV disinfection; - Required engineering, archaeological, and environmental studies; service area and bylaw development studies; - Preparation of application packages for federal and provincial and other required authorizations; and - Preparation of capital cost estimates and schedules; final design specifications, drawings and tender (procurement) packages; construction contractor prequalification; public and First Nations communications and meetings.
