Ltd. signed a concession agreement with the Bozhou Municipal Government to operate the Bozhou City Wastewater Treatment Plant for 30 years in Bozhou City, Anhui Province. Guozhen offered the lowest operation price (0.72 Yuan per cubic meter) in the highly competitive open bidding in Sep 2012. The plant had a capacity of 80,000 cubic meters per day. Guozhen had a 100% stake in the project. Guozhen's total price to acquire the concession was not reported. |
