Description | The project will rehabilitate water transmission pipes and upgrade a water storage standpipe in Bracebridge, Ontario. The work will involve replacing approximately 256 metres of water transmission pipes that cross the Muskoka River on Wellington Street and Taylor Road, and twinning a water storage standpipe at the Hamblin Reservoir. The project will fund improvements to transmission pipes, which will increase access to potable water by increasing the reliability and capacity of the transmission infrastructure. The project will also fund improvements to reservoirs, which will increase access to potable water by increasing the safety and durability of the water storage infrastructure. |
