The project involves the development of a new university precinct within Bradfield City, Western Sydney. Plenary Group is conducting an Expression of Interest (EOI) process to select a university partner that will establish and operate a campus integrated with advanced manufacturing, research, innovation, and industry collaboration facilities.The proposed development may include:Up to 30,000 m² of education, research, and commercial workspace.Teaching, research, and workforce development facilities.Collaboration spaces for industry partners and startups.Integration with the nearby Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF 2) and a semiconductor advanced packaging facility.Student amenities and campus life infrastructure.Opportunities for businesses to co-locate within the precinct to foster university–industry partnerships.The broader project forms part of the Bradfield City development, which aims to create a major innovation and advanced-technology hub alongside the new Western Sydney International Airport.
