Description | The Bradley Ridge Apartments is a proposed 336-unit affordable housing complex located southeast of the Colorado Springs Airport along Bradley Road. The project includes 14 buildings with 24 units each, built on a 20-acre parcel. It will feature an on-site child care center for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, along with amenities such as a community clubhouse, splash pad, playground, dog parks, and open space. The project is funded partly by $4.85 million from the 2022 voter-approved Proposition 123 and other funding sources including private activity bonds and state allowances. The first phase is projected to open in spring 2028. |
