Description | Per TSS (total suspended solids) removal requirements regulated through the Braneida Park storm ponds ECA (environmental compliance approval) the pond is no longer functioning as required by the Ministry of the Environment. In order to be in compliance with regulated water quality approvals the pond must be cleaned out and have the accumulated sediment removed. Work may also include minor capital rehabilitation improvements to the pond and site. The removal works are capitalized as they extend the life of the asset. |
