The general objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the institutional strengthening of state governments in Brazil, to accelerate digital transformation at the subnational level, increasing citizen satisfaction and generating savings in the use of public services. The specific objectives include: (i) strengthening institutional capacity to design and execute digital government programs; and (ii) strengthening coordination and the exchange of experiences to optimize resources, generate synergies, and promote the scalability and replicability of successful initiatives.
