Description	In December 2009, the Government of Congo signed a 25 year concession contract with Egis, a French SOE, to build, rehabilitate and operate the airports of Brazzaville, Pointe Noire and Ollombo. The project reached closure with the beginning of operation of the 3 airports by the sponsor in Februray 2010. This is a PPI. The concessionaire is in charge of operation and investments for 25 years. The sponsor is Egis, a French SOE controlled by the French Treasury Department. Marseille Airport an Lufthansa are expected to provide technical assistance.
