Description | The Brickyard Apartments is a 298-unit apartment community being developed as part of a 31-acre master-planned mixed-use development called The Brickyard in Castle Rock. The project includes 36 studios, 149 one-bedroom units, 98 two-bedroom units, and 15 three-bedroom residences, with rents ranging from $1,600 to $3,150 per month. Amenities include a rooftop pool, hot tub, cold plunge, lounge sauna, fitness center, social lounge, golf simulator, outdoor terrace, courtyards, dog spa, and covered parking. The development also features around 38,300 square feet of commercial condo space, with over half under contract or letters of intent for local businesses. Phase one is expected to open in summer 2027, and phase two in spring 2028. |
