Description	This project involves replacing the existing I-80 eastbound and westbound bridges over Howard Boulevard/CR 516 in Morris County, New Jersey. The project includes raising the vertical clearance of each bridge, widening shoulders, lengthening acceleration and deceleration lanes on I-80, widening ramps to and from Howard Boulevard, and reconfiguring the Howard Boulevard intersection to improve operational performance. Additional improvements include upgraded traffic signals and lighting, ADA-compliant sidewalks and crosswalks, and extending sidewalks to the Mount Arlington Train Station to enhance pedestrian and bicycle safety and mobility.
