The project involves the large-scale regeneration of Bristol Temple Quarter, a major area around Bristol Temple Meads station, through a long-term public-private partnership led by Muse Places Ltd as preferred development partner. It will deliver a mixed-use urban district, including up to 10,000 new homes, across the 130 hectares of brownfield site over the next 25 years, substantial office and commercial space, an improved public realm, and enhanced transport connections, with a particular focus on the Temple Meads West sites and longer-term development at St Philip’s Marsh. The project is designed to include 520 homes, two office buildings, retail areas, flexible workspaces, and a hotel with conference amenities. Through mixed-use neighborhoods, the regeneration aims to help address Britain’s housing crisis.The Bristol Temple Quarter LLP is progressing the scheme—a partnership between Bristol City Council, Homes England and the West of England Combined Authority.
