The project involves the comprehensive redevelopment of the Broad Marsh site in Nottingham through the appointment of a master development partner by Homes England. The selected partner will be responsible for preparing and delivering a long-term mixed-use regeneration scheme across the former Broad Marsh shopping centre, college, and car park sites. The scope includes master planning, securing planning approvals, infrastructure coordination, phased construction delivery, commercial development, and integration of public spaces and community-focused amenities. The redevelopment is intended to transform a major city-centre brownfield site into a vibrant destination that supports economic growth, investment, housing, employment opportunities, and wider social value outcomes over a multi-phase development programme.
