The 1-year plan includes priority work on low-water crossings and improvements to Memorial Drive, including concrete panel replacement and full reconstruction in some areas. The 6-year plan includes downtown street and sidewalk projects. The plan is required for obtaining Highway Allocation Funding from the State of Nebraska, which the city receives about $550,000 annually and must match at 25%. A public hearing will be scheduled before formal adoption of the plan. |
