The Haslam Sports Group, in partnership with Lincoln Properties Company, is working through the process to obtain residential approval and ensure all environmental standards are met before occupancy. Excavation work for the stadium began on March 2, 2026, with hopes to open the stadium and adjacent commercial development in 2029. |
