The facility consolidates critical processing steps on-site to streamline supply chains, reduce hazardous shipping, minimize carbon emissions, and enhance worker safety. It was constructed in partnership with Kinectrics and Bird Construction and features heavy concrete shielding and specialized equipment for handling radioactive materials. |
