Bruno Covas Linear Park Project

The project involves the operation, maintenance, and integrated management of Parque Bruno Covas under a new public-private management model led by EMAE. The initiative covers approximately 8.2 km of the linear park along the Pinheiros River and aims to improve urban mobility, environmental recovery, public safety, leisure infrastructure, and visitor services. The project includes maintenance of green areas, cycling and pedestrian paths, security monitoring systems, recreational and sports facilities, food and convenience services, and the promotion of cultural and community activities. The management model seeks to enhance user experience while preserving free public access and supporting the broader urban revitalization and sustainability goals of the Government of São Paulo through the São Paulo Investment Partnerships Program.
