“Business Support Network – East Anatolia” (bsnEA) consortium covers NUTS regions TR-A and TR-B, consisting all 15 cities in East Anatolia region in Turkey. Total number of active SME’s in the whole region is 176244. The cities and responsibility zones within the region are clearly allocated between six partners in terms of geographical location and their fields of occupation. All partners in the project readily have expertise with the services offered to the SME’s in the regions and this will create a concrete idea of “implementation of the single network objective” through excellence proximity, and professionalism. No wrong door policy will enable the client to have the answer in the quickest time and the easiest way possible. Within the scope of this idea, all the partners of the consortium and all the organizations who’ll have duties regarding the services of the project, assist and inform their clients within the framework of its’ expertise by providing project services. Within the project, various trainings, seminars, conferences, B2B events, info days will be organized and shared databases will be used in order to find business partners for SMEs in the region. The SME’s in the region will be encouraged to develop their technologies; they will be consulted in terms of sectorial development, internationalization, R&D, entrepreneurship, IPR and innovation titles. The partners will work on raising awareness about the information and technology transfers, utilization of Community Framework Programs, information support in accessing international markets and all these services will assist SMEs for diminishing the needs and constraints they face today in the region. In order to benefit from the experiences of similar important organizations and institutions which are currently giving similar services; it’s planned to be in cooperation with important institutions in sectorial basis, reaching more SMEs and increasing service quality and diversity of the project.
